What is my role?

• You lead and motivate your team of employees in packaging

• You plan and control production processes and continuously optimise them

• You monitor compliance with quality standards and deadlines

• You are responsible for personnel deployment planning and shift organisation

• You check the stock of operating and raw materials

• You take care of the induction of new team members

• You analyse key figures and derive improvement measures from them

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the food industry

• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take on this role

• Organisational talent and a structured way of working

• Teamwork skills and strong communication

• Assertiveness combined with social competence

• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to pitch in when needed
