ERP System Support / Project Management (m/f/d)

More than 400 highly qualified employees work in this specialist field at our partner company, which is regarded as the leading provider of software for ensuring product manufacturability, calculating tool and material costs, tool design, virtual sheet metal forming, and optimising body-in-white processes.
Role:
Dive into the world of ERP systems and actively shape the digitalisation of central business processes as a specialist. In this role, you take responsibility for the support and further development of the ERP software ABAS, which is used for master data maintenance, sales processes, invoicing, and financial accounting. You are responsible for analysing, optimising, and ensuring smooth operations within these modules. You act as a competent contact person for technical and professional questions regarding ABAS. Through your commitment, you contribute significantly to the transparency and efficiency of commercial processes.
Responsibilities:
- You handle and monitor ERP support requests and assist departments with application-specific queries.
- In this role, you plan and lead ABAS projects and coordinate alignment with all involved stakeholders.
- You contribute to data maintenance as well as the continuous development and optimisation of the ERP system landscape.
- As ERP system application support, you analyse and optimise business processes in close collaboration with the departments.
- You administer, monitor, and ensure the stable operational running of the ERP system, including coordination with external ABAS support.
- In this role, you create and maintain documentation and manage the DMS system DocuWare, including the interface to the ERP.
Qualifications:
- Completed education (degree or vocational training) in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in supporting and maintaining ERP systems
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating projects
- Strong initiative as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of teamwork and achieving goals together
- Very good communication and expression skills in German and English
