Head of Operations 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You drive the strategic development of operations and create a high-performance, efficient, and future-proof organisation. In this role, you are responsible for and develop the areas of production, manufacturing engineering, and maintenance. In the medium term, your area of responsibility will expand to include supply chain management, where you will take on the disciplinary and professional leadership of a total of 60 employees. You ensure the highest standards in occupational safety, quality, productivity, and delivery reliability. As a member of the management team, you significantly shape the strategic direction of the company and are responsible for implementing transformation initiatives, digitalisation projects, investment projects, and cross-functional key projects.

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you bring a technical university degree as well as an additional business qualification. You have gained several years of leadership experience in an internationally operating manufacturing company. You possess solid expertise in operations and supply chain management. As an entrepreneurial and results-oriented leader, you are characterised by natural authority and strategic thinking ability. You know how to successfully initiate change processes and further develop both employees and organisational structures. Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
