Portfolio Responsibility Residential Property Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Role:
In this role, you actively shape the next generation of property management and drive a radically simplified, digitalised, and customer-oriented administration forward. You take responsibility for a sub-portfolio of residential properties and ensure professional, efficient management. You work operationally close to the properties, make independent decisions, and take responsibility for quality and results. Together with specialists from facility management and digitalisation, you continuously develop better, simpler processes. In doing so, you make a decisive contribution to rethinking and continuously improving property management.
Responsibilities:
- You look after tenants, coordinate re-lettings, and oversee the maintenance of residential properties
- In this role, you ensure that concerns regarding repairs, keys, and ancillary costs are handled efficiently
- You work closely with external partners and ensure smooth communication in day-to-day business
- In this role, you contribute to the implementation and further development of digital solutions in property management
- You conduct simple reporting, prepare documents for owners, and support budget planning
- As portfolio responsibility for residential properties, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the management of residential properties.
- Ideally, you have completed further training in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate management clerk) or are undergoing training for the real estate management professional certificate.
- You are interested in digital tools and enjoy actively shaping processes.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, distinguish you; English is an advantage.
- Self-responsibility, reliability, and an open manner in dealing with people are among your strengths.
- You are keen not only to practise property management but to continuously improve it.
