Tasks
- Comprehensive management of the Hardware Department
- Sale of garden supplies (including fertilizers, seeds, plant protection products, pond accessories, irrigation items, grill/accessories, garden tools and machines, soil and pots)
- Competent customer advice
- Attractive product presentation
- Inventory management
- Assistance in other departments
Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener or retail specialist (garden/consulting area) with several years of professional experience
- Enjoyment of sales and customer interaction
- Friendly, positive, and well-groomed appearance
- High commitment and flexibility
