MAIN TASKS

• You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of about ten staff members, coordinating the department's activities, managing budgets, and fostering interfaces with any other internal or external service while ensuring high standards of performance and quality.
• You will have the opportunity to actively participate in institutional projects as well as in the internal training of staff.
• You will also participate in the care of dialysis patients, according to the department's care protocols and respecting medical orders.
• As a frontline manager, you will be on the ground with the team and actively involved in patient care.

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualified nurse with proven experience in dialysis
• You have experience as a manager and ideally have completed additional training in ICU nursing or equivalent
• Charismatic and positive personality, you possess leadership skills to motivate your team and unite them around set objectives
• Highly organised, autonomous, able to withstand stress and pressure, you know how to take initiatives wisely
• Good computer skills
• Basic knowledge of English or German is an asset
