For a demanding private 1:1 assignment, we are seeking an experienced Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF as a night watch. In this special setting, alongside professional and reliable nursing care, absolute discretion, excellent manners, and an exceptionally polite, respectful demeanour are paramount.
Your Tasks
- Ensuring safety, well-being, and a peaceful night
- Monitoring health status and acting confidently in case of changes or unforeseen situations
- Supporting nocturnal needs
- Ensuring calm, discreet, and respectful care in the private living environment
- Comprehensive and professional nursing documentation as well as handover of relevant information
- Consistent protection of the client’s privacy and confidentiality
Our Requirements
- Completed training as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with Swiss recognition or SRK recognition
- Professional experience in nursing, ideally in 1:1 care, private care, or as night watch
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality as well as a strong awareness of the client’s privacy
- Excellent manners and always polite, respectful, and professional conduct
- Well-groomed and appearance appropriate to the private environment
- Calm, reserved yet attentive personality with a good sense of proximity and distance
- High sense of responsibility, reliability, and independent working style
- Ability to unobtrusively and naturally integrate into an upscale private environment
- Very good German language skills and a polished manner of expression
- Willingness to work regular night shifts from Monday to Friday at 100% capacity
