Medical Devices Purchasing Manager (Fixed-term 3 months)
Your mission
Within the Supply Chain of La Tour Hospital, you contribute to the smooth operation of purchasing and supplies necessary for patient care.
As part of a temporary replacement, we are looking for someone quickly operational, capable of ensuring continuity of purchasing activities and working autonomously within a dynamic team composed of buyers and supply chain specialists.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure operational follow-up of purchasing and supplier files.
- Manage the creation and updating of items in our systems.
- Guarantee the reliability of the item and medical device database.
- Participate in managing supply shortages and finding alternative solutions.
- Handle safety notices and materiovigilance activities.
- Contribute to monitoring purchasing performance.
- Collaborate daily with medical, nursing, logistics, and pharmaceutical teams.
- Participate in improvement projects and the structuring of purchasing.
Your profile
- Commercial, purchasing, logistics or supply chain training.
- Previous experience in purchasing, purchasing administration or supply chain.
- Ability to be autonomous quickly and manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Good command of IT tools.
- Rigor, organisational skills and team spirit.
- Ease in communicating with various interlocutors.
