The Brühlgut Foundation accompanies and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 127 residential places, 302 work and employment places, and around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy position for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.

For our new building in the area of autism spectrum and for our location Brühlberg, we are looking for a resilient and empathetic personality who wants to take on a responsible role as Deputy Team Leader with passion and commitment, starting immediately or by agreement.
HOW?
- You lead professionally and relieve the team leader in operational tasks.
- You take over personnel management in the absence of the team leader.
- You ensure a structured and efficient organization of all administrative processes.
- You bear professional responsibility and support the team in everyday, complex, and challenging situations.
- You form the communicative bridge between guardians, parents, and residents.
- You assist in daily life, for example, with household activities, personal hygiene, and the completion of administrative and organizational tasks.
