The Gilly Hospital, a pioneering treatment and rehabilitation centre (CTR) in the canton of Vaud since 1989, has been serving the region since 1922. With 42 rehabilitation beds, this ideally located establishment offers a breathtaking view of the Alps and Lake Geneva.

We are looking for a(n) at Gilly Hospital:

Assistant or ASSC CTR at 60%

From 1 February 2027 for a fixed-term assignment until 30 April 2027

YOU HAVE

• A Federal VET Diploma as a Community Health Care Assistant (ASSC) or a recognised CRS nursing assistant diploma
• Some experience in geriatrics, an asset
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset
• Knowledge of the Swiss health system, an asset
• A driving licence and a vehicle allowing you to travel independently to Gilly Hospital, mandatory (there is no public transport).
• A willingness to contribute to the improvement or maintenance of patients’ autonomy
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people
• Good listening skills, discretion and empathy
• Motivation and good adaptability and integration skills
• Availability and flexibility

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Collaborate with the nursing team in assisting with patient care
• Support patients and assist with mobilisation
• Help with meal distribution
• Participate in adapting and maintaining the patient’s environment
• Contribute to the efficient use of equipment and its supply
