Located in Lausanne/Prilly, Conceptia is a human-scale architectural studio (currently 8 collaborators) driven by a concrete mission: to address current climate and urban challenges. We specialise in energy renovation, transformation on occupied sites, raising and densification. Projects of various sizes for both private clients and institutions.

Profile sought

Architect or draughtsman with experience as project manager and site manager

90% - 100%

Project leader: proven ease in conducting meetings.

Dynamic, very autonomous and endowed with a high sense of responsibility.

Assets / experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience.

Experience in Switzerland is a major asset

Mastery of Archicad in 3D is a major asset

Good knowledge of execution details and SIA standards

Knowledge of tender procedures

Tasks and responsibilities

Versatile and committed, you will be involved throughout the entire project process.

Preparation of bids (DeltaProject).

Management of works for small and large projects

Development of projects and execution plans.

Support in drawing on Archicad.

Level of education

Qualified architect or building draughtsman with experience as project manager and site manager.
