About the job
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the recruitment process of the assigned professional groups from the creation and publication of the job advertisement to the start of employment
- Application management and coordination of interviews
- Preparation of salary classification in coordination with the responsible managers
- Clarifications and administrative support for special employment relationships, including social security issues and work permits
- Contact person for managers and employees of the assigned professional groups
- Advice on questions regarding maternity, unpaid leave, illness and working hours as well as support with terminations and personnel law issues
- Support for managers on questions of performance and behaviour as well as participation in handling more complex personnel situations
- Processing of employment contracts and contract changes such as extensions, conversion to permanent contracts and changes in workload as well as support for organisational changes within the assigned professional groups
- Participation in the organisation and implementation of career fairs and graduation ceremonies for apprentices
- Gradual assumption of additional advisory and responsibility areas according to your strengths and professional development
Your Profile
- Commercial training and solid further education in the field of Human Resources (at least at the level of HR clerk); further HR training is an advantage or is being pursued
- Professional experience in HR, preferably in recruiting and personnel administration; experience in clinical, hospital or pharmaceutical environments is an advantage
- Good knowledge of social security, especially in connection with different employment relationships; knowledge of employment of persons from EU/EFTA and third countries is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of labour law and interest in further deepening it
- Structured, careful and independent working style
- High service orientation and enjoyment of working within a versatile HR team
