Responsibilities

Responsibility for compliance with all regulatory requirements across the entire product portfolio (cosmetics & washing and cleaning agents). Ensuring portfolio compliance and identifying relevant measures. Well-structured and complete documentation
Designing, defining and further developing the organisational structure and processes in the own area, managing and coordinating relevant certification processes, as well as further developing the team
Competent support for internal departments (e.g. sales, marketing, project management) in all regulatory matters
Creating and providing the necessary documentation for customers, authorities and testing institutions, as well as notifications and registrations in the EU and third parties as agreed

Completed studies in a scientific, technical or related field (e.g. biology, chemistry, pharmacy, food technology) or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years of professional experience. Initial leadership experience desirable. Relevant regulatory experience in the fields of food, cosmetics or chemicals
Analytical and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative and willingness to shape, forward-looking working style and high process understanding
Strong communication skills and competence to convey complex matters clearly and understandably
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
