Painter - Site Manager with Project Responsibility

• Carry out painting work in interior and exterior areas for new build and renovation projects as well as for private clients
• Take independent responsibility for managing painting projects
• Prepare measurements and acceptance protocols for quotes and invoices
• Plan, monitor and prepare reports for time and material work
• Ensure coordination and communication with clients, architects and site managers

• Completed professional training as a painter with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Further training as a foreman completed or several years of experience in this role
• Valid category B driving licence
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Structured, independent and reliable working style with a well-groomed appearance
