TOA – Technical Surgical Assistant or IDDO – Instrumenting Nursing Specialist, 50–100 %
Your Tasks – Our Position
- Instrumenting and assisting in operations across various specialties while adhering to prescribed hygiene standards
- Carrying out all preparatory and postoperative measures
- Proper preparation and use of required devices, instruments, and sterile materials
- Careful documentation of all nursing activities, including performance recording
- Supporting the smooth daily operation of the operating theatre
- Professional and close interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialist groups
- Proper care, maintenance, and disposal of instruments, implants, devices, and sterile materials
Your Skills – Our Requirements
- Qualification as a surgical assistant or operating theatre nurse or an equivalent education
- Versatility in various specialties is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and develop further
- Team spirit, willingness to cooperate, and motivation to develop within a multidisciplinary operating team
