Polymechanic / CNC Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a polymechanic and CNC operator, you work in precision manufacturing. You set up multi-axis CNC machining centres (Chiron, Hermle, Nakamura) and operate them. Your tasks include monitoring manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and programme optimisation. Additionally, you take care of deburring, tumbling, cleaning, and packaging the products as well as maintaining the machines and measuring instruments.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable qualification

• At least 3 years of professional experience

• Experience with CNC machines (Siemens, Heidenhain)

• Willingness to work shifts

• Mobility

• German language skills for daily communication

• Independent and precise working style

• Good team and communication skills

• Advantageous: MS Office, SAP and LEAN management knowledge
