Lead Nurse

Desired Profile

• HES nursing diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Strong interest in geriatrics and supporting elderly people.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
• Team spirit, organisational skills and great reliability.
• Ability to apply professional skills with discernment and autonomy.
• Proficiency in care-related IT tools, especially Carefolio-LT.
• Knowledge of the RAI assessment system is an advantage.
• Holder of a driving licence and possession of a vehicle.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure monitoring of the evolution of clients’ situations at home and coordinate their care plans by organising interdisciplinary interventions, in close collaboration with the client, their relatives, the attending physician and network partners, to provide personalised, safe and quality care that supports remaining at home.
