• Lead, train and support a team of mechanics in daily operations
• Plan, prioritise and execute production orders on schedule
• Manufacture complex components using CNC technology and CAD systems
• Ensure maintenance of the machinery and perform service work
• Supervise and train apprentices

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in leading employees and training apprentices
• Familiarity with construction machinery environments and precise working methods
• Good knowledge of the German language and possession of a category B driving licence
• Physical resilience for demanding work tasks
