Senior HR Consultant 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a strategic partner and practical implementer for shaping the HR strategy during a dynamic phase of the company.

Your tasks:

• You accompany managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting to exit

• As a sparring partner, you support labour law questions and demanding personnel matters

• You independently manage recruitment processes for specialist and management positions

• You coach managers in challenging situations such as conflicts or team development

• You actively drive effective HR projects and organisational developments forward

• You optimise existing HR processes and develop them with a future-oriented approach

• You work on strategic topics such as talent management and performance systems

• You promote digital transformation in the HR area with a pragmatic approach

• You ensure smooth collaboration with payroll, administration and personnel development

What do I need to be successful?

You are more than the sum of your qualifications. You bring the right mix of expertise, personality and drive to make a real impact in a demanding environment.

What you bring:

• Solid basic training complemented by advanced education in the HR field at tertiary level

• Several years of practical experience in a comparable HR consulting role

• In-depth understanding of Swiss labour law and modern HR processes

• Proven expertise in handling sensitive and complex personnel matters

• Strong urge to question existing procedures and create sustainable improvements

• Independent, structured working style with a pragmatic approach. You implement rather than just analyse

• Convincing communication skills and confident appearance towards all stakeholders

• Can-do mentality and genuine enthusiasm for responsibility and freedom to shape

• Team player mentality with the ability to inspire others and achieve goals together
