About the job
Gässliacker is a medium-sized centre for ageing and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in day care. Furthermore, we offer 60 senior apartments with services. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden areas and the beautiful location complement our services. To strengthen our nursing team, we are looking for a Health Specialist m/f/d immediately or by arrangement. Workload: 50% - 100%
Your tasks:
- Caring for and supporting residents in all day shifts
- Correct management and updating of nursing documentation
- Co-responsibility for quality assurance according to interRAI LTCF
- Supporting the qualified nursing staff in their tasks
- Taking over daily responsibility
- Executing and adhering to medical prescriptions
- Trainer for our AGS and FaGe trainees or assisting in their training
Your profile:
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent / recognised qualification
- Enjoyment in working with experienced, care-dependent elderly people
- Commitment, motivation and willingness to take responsibility
- High social competence, flexibility and reliability
- Good communication skills and a sense of humour
- Good PC user skills
