Landscape Team Leader M/F/D

Nature lover, meticulous and a natural leader? To support the activities of our partner, we are selecting a Landscape Team Leader (M/F) to orchestrate the creation and maintenance of outdoor spaces.

Your responsibilities:

• Site management: Schedule and supervise landscaping works (planting, turf laying, slab/paving installation, minor masonry) and plant maintenance.

• Team management: Motivate, guide and unite your team on site by fostering a good team spirit.

• Technical expertise: Interpret landscape architect plans and ensure compliance with services, deadlines and safety regulations.

• Interface & Equipment: Communicate with clients and ensure proper care of workshop tools and machinery.

Your qualifications:

• Diploma: Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as horticulturist-landscaper or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in Switzerland, including successful initial team leadership.

• Skills: Mastery of botany, outdoor landscaping methods, earthworks and plan reading.

• Attitude: Autonomous, methodical, good communicator and able to motivate your team.

• Requirement: Driving licence (category B) mandatory.
