Your tasks
- Qualification of potential customers from marketing actions (website, email, campaigns, trade fairs, etc.) with the goal of generating leads, recording them in the customer database, and passing them on to sales
- Further development of existing contacts until handover as a lead to sales as well as success analysis
- Use of a variety of contact tools such as telephone, email, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to contact potential customers (leads) and determine specific needs
- Management and collaboration with external agencies to support lead management activities
- Coordination with field sales and technical project management to specify lead requirements
- Support of sales regarding lead processes in the form of training, templates, or tools
- Contribution of own ideas for the ongoing optimization of lead management
- Support in all activities related to demand generation
- Close cooperation with marketing regarding campaign planning, e.g., for trade fairs
What we are looking for
- Completed business administration or technical studies with a focus on marketing/sales or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or other related areas with a strong interest in customer contact
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for our innovative products
- Strong communication skills combined with persuasiveness
- Independence and initiative
- Quick comprehension
