In this role as Payroll Specialist (m/f/d), you contribute to shaping traveller-centred experiences within the international environment of the Avolta Group. You operate within a globally oriented network in the travel retail and gastronomy sector, reaching up to 2.3 billion passengers annually. You work in a context where 5,100 points of sale are operated in more than 70 countries across six continents. You take responsibility in a professional environment characterised by diversity, dynamism, and international collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the monthly payroll processing including checks and closures
- In this role, you contribute to developments and optimisations in the SAP payroll environment
- As a Payroll Specialist, you are the competent contact person for questions regarding payroll and salary statements as well as certificates, evaluations, and reports
- You report, check, and process sickness and accident daily allowances and accompany long-term cases within the framework of case management
- In this role, you prepare withholding tax and social security statements and submit them on time
- As a Payroll Specialist, you handle and coordinate support requests related to time recording and manage user rights and the time recording system
Qualifications:
- You are proficient in using payroll software (SAP advantageous) as well as time recording systems
- You work very structured, precise, and punctually
- You take responsibility and place great value on high quality
- You quickly understand complex payroll-related contexts
- You have very good German skills; good French skills are an advantage
- You present yourself in a friendly and professional manner and communicate clearly and convincingly
