Intensive Care / Continuous Care Nurse (M/F/D)

• Administer nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Closely monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in the patient’s condition.
• Work closely with the medical team to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Use specialised medical equipment to support the vital functions of patients in intensive care.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of clinical practices within the intensive care unit.

Ensure effective communication with patients’ families to keep them informed of medical developments.

We are looking for a candidate with nursing training, specialising in or with a strong interest in the resuscitation and intensive care service. You demonstrate great adaptability in emergency situations and show impeccable team spirit. Your eagerness to learn and improve your skills will allow you to thrive in this demanding and rewarding environment. Excellent communication and an empathetic approach towards patients and their families are essential.

Desired qualities:

• You have recognition of your Swiss Red Cross diploma or are in the process of obtaining it.
• Experience in continuous care / intensive care is a plus.
• Analytical ability and very good technical skills.
• Successful experience in an acute care service is a plus.
• Very good stress resistance.
• You are available quickly.
