You lead our Property Management division both strategically and operationally and ensure a scalable, future-oriented service model. As a member of the Burckhardt Immobilien division management, you also play a significant role in the further development of the company. With a clear leadership culture, you promote motivation, personal responsibility, and the development of your team. You drive standardization, digitization, and process optimization and ensure an efficient organization. In addition, you are responsible for acquiring new mandates, maintaining a strong network, and strengthening customer loyalty. Through close collaboration with management, marketing, architecture, and other departments, you optimally utilize synergies and support the further development of Burckhardt
What you bring:
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in real estate management, business administration, facility/real estate management, or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by further training with a Swiss federal certificate.
- Several years of experience in property management with a strategic and operational focus.
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in promoting, developing, and successfully supporting employees.
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, ideally in the Basel region.
- Experience in acquiring mandates as well as in business development.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, and strong assertiveness.
- Strong communication skills as well as confident and assured negotiation competence.
- Team-oriented working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
