Butcher / Meat Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are jointly responsible for the careful compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards in the sausage making, cutting, and fresh meat departments
• In doing so, you carry out tasks in cutting, operating various machines, as well as in the disposition and preparation of raw materials
• You also cut special pieces and are responsible for vacuum packing, packaging, and labelling
• Finally, you are jointly responsible for setting up, operating, and cleaning the machines as well as for resolving simple malfunctions

Requirements

• You are a trained butcher or meat specialist or have gained professional experience in the food industry (m/f/d)
• In addition, you feel comfortable in an industrial environment
• Do you also consider yourself physically fit, quality-conscious, and a team player?
