Your Tasks
- You are responsible for planning and construction coordination involving internal and external contacts (such as ewl, ckw, real, internal city departments, etc.).
- You bear responsibility for managing the planning and construction coordination platforms (first-level support, user training).
- Involving external and internal contacts, you conduct consultations on upcoming planning and construction projects.
- You maintain proactive and close collaboration with the overall coordination of thermal networks (e.g., during preliminary, planning, and construction coordination).
- You lead various coordination meetings (e.g., planning coordination meetings, Echoraum event coordination, regular meetings with overall coordination of thermal networks).
- You contribute to the development and management of interface/project portfolio management.
- You support digitalization projects and specialist applications (including information platforms for the public).
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training and additional functional training at a university level (FH / HF).
- You bring relevant professional experience as well as a solid understanding of construction.
- You are decisive and can quickly form a well-founded opinion that you successfully represent externally.
- You are motivated to develop yourself personally as well as the planning/construction coordination further.
- Based on your experience (work or study), you recognize complex planning and construction processes early and approach them solution-oriented.
- You act on equal footing, always strive for sustainable coordination of projects and construction sites, and have an affinity for financial topics.
- Your quick comprehension helps you to quickly find your way around different digital platforms.
