Your area of responsibility

• Friendly and courteous care of our guests in the bar and service area
• Preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as serving food at the table or at the bar
• Advising guests on our food and beverage offerings
• Serving guests at events
• Proper billing and cash register activities in compliance with internal guidelines
• Compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations
• Preparation and follow-up of work areas (mise en place, cleaning, refilling drinks and materials)
• Close cooperation with the Guest Care department to ensure an optimal guest experience
• Co-responsibility for smooth processes in service

What you bring

• Experience in service (experience at the bar is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of cash register systems and common beverage standards is an advantage
• Enjoyment of guest contact as well as a confident, friendly and service-oriented appearance
• Teamwork, flexibility and resilience – you keep an overview even in busy situations
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends (especially Thu, Fri, Sat and late shifts) and public holidays
• Reliability, neat appearance and a high quality awareness
• Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extracts will be requested before contract conclusion)
