Experienced Fitter Carpenter (M/F)

Job Presentation:

As part of the development of our carpentry projects with our partner clients, we are actively seeking qualified, autonomous and motivated fitter carpenters. Whether you are an experienced professional in the Swiss market or an expert wishing to bring your international know-how, your talent interests us.1

Your main tasks:

• Installation of interior and exterior joinery (windows, doors, kitchen fittings, bespoke furniture).

• Reading installation plans and adhering to technical instructions.

• Workshop interventions for preparation or cutting as required by the site.

• Troubleshooting and after-sales service (AFS) at clients’ premises.

• Autonomous management of sites and maintenance of your installation equipment.

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a carpenter or an equivalent qualification (Compagnon du devoir, CAP carpenter with confirmed experience).
• Experience: You have solid experience in installation (kitchens, windows, fittings). Previous experience in the Swiss market is a major asset; however, we also value international backgrounds if you have equivalent technical expertise.
• Technical skills: You master plan reading, measurement taking and are capable of working independently.
• Soft Skills: You are punctual, organised, and have an excellent sense of customer service.
• Mobility: Driving licence essential for travel to sites.
