• Leading your construction site team and actively participating in the execution
• Organising the daily workflows in civil engineering, demolition, earthworks, and utility construction
• Coordinating personnel, machinery, and materials in consultation with the foreman and construction management
• Professional implementation of construction plans as well as ensuring quality and deadlines
• Compliance with and implementation of occupational safety and environmental regulations
• Recording the work performed and supporting reporting

• Completed training in the main construction trade, ideally supplemented by further training as a foreman
• Practical experience in civil engineering, demolition, earthworks, or utility construction
• Enjoyment of responsibility and skill in leading and motivating your team
• Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
• Resilient, proactive, and team-oriented personality
• Driving licence category B
