Function objective:
✓ Acquisition of mandates in the legal field
✓ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through excellent advice and proactive support
✓ Development and implementation of individual arrangements and solutions taking into account the financial situation and goals of the clients
✓ Comprehensive legal advice and support for wealthy private individuals and family businesses in all legal matters, in particular:
- Estate planning
- Asset management
- Tax optimisation
- Business succession
✓ Drafting of wills, trusts, marriage contracts and other legal documents for asset protection and transfer
✓ Development and implementation of strategies for asset protection and optimisation, including international structures
✓ Advice on complex tax issues, including the design of tax strategies and representation before tax authorities
✓ Participation in the development of new products and services
✓ Active collaboration in an international team
✓ Participation in industry events and conferences
✓ Active use of AI
MbO / Metrics:
