• Leading, supervising and training the assigned team (5-10 employees)

• Working on the line

• Ensuring order, cleanliness and hygiene

• Compliance with and implementation of occupational safety

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the food or technical sector

• Professional experience in the industrial sector (food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics)

• Initial leadership experience is an advantage

• Good technical understanding, strong social skills and good physical resilience

• Good computer skills
