YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensuring timely material availability for production by monitoring and controlling delivery dates and order quantities
- Managing and developing assigned product groups and suppliers regarding delivery reliability and supply security
- Creating, maintaining, and monitoring delivery schedules as well as consistent master data and deadline maintenance in the ERP system
- Analysing and monitoring inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
- Active execution of consignment deliveries as well as management and inventory of consignment warehouses
- Participation in supplier reviews and internal shop floor meetings
- Contributing to the continuous optimisation of purchasing processes, workflows, and efficiency improvements
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed vocational training, ideally with a commercial background or equivalent further education (e.g. Technical Salesperson or similar)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks as well as an independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Communicative personality with confident appearance and assertiveness in dealing with suppliers and internal contacts
- High customer and service orientation as well as pronounced teamwork skills
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (ideally Pro@)
