HR Specialist with Development Perspective 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Directly reporting to the management, after a professional onboarding you will take over all personnel-related matters and be the first point of contact for employees:

• Support of employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle - from entry to exit

• Applicant management and recruitment together with line managers

• Preparation of employment contracts, references and other HR documents

• Time tracking, processing and controlling of sickness and accident reports

• Monthly salary payments, including withholding tax, family allowances, etc.

• Coordination of employee training

• Participation in HR projects and ongoing optimisation of HR workflows and processes

What do I need to be successful?

In addition to a commercial apprenticeship, you are characterised by the following skills:

• You have several years of experience in human resources

• Ideally, you have further training in HR or are on the way to it

• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security distinguishes you

• You are familiar with payroll accounting and have a good flair for numbers

• Your high IT affinity is reflected in confident handling of MS Office and HR software, ideally Abacus

• Your working style is independent, structured and solution-oriented

• You enjoy working with people and are strong in communication

• Discretion and a high degree of trustworthiness are a matter of course for you
