Your tasks
- Professional, medical and personnel leadership of an interdisciplinary team, together with a specialist psychologist
- Responsibility for the treatment of acute psychiatric patients in an interdisciplinary treatment team in home treatment
- Co-design and implementation of projects for professional and institutional development
- Monitoring of departmental goals
- Conducting expert reports on various issues if interested
- Professional leadership and supervision of assistant doctors
Your profile
- Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatry
- Strong leadership skills and enthusiasm for engaging with your own leadership role
- Enjoyment of responsibility and active participation in shaping
