Tasks

You will be gradually introduced to the processes and leadership tasks related to the meat/convenience department.
You ensure optimal stock management, maintain high quality standards, and are ready to take responsibility in organising the department.
You are responsible for competent customer advice.

Completed basic training in retail, as a meat specialist (m/f/d), cook (m/f/d), or equivalent professional experience in the meat/convenience sector.
If you have already gained some leadership experience, this is an advantage.
You have a strong willingness to learn and are motivated to take on a leadership role as department manager meat/convenience in the medium term.
You love advising customers and sharing your interest in quality products and culinary knowledge.
You are flexible regarding working hours.
