Your mission
In this role, you are at the heart of projects related to the human resources administration service:
• Support and advise managers on all topics related to the management and development of their teams
• Manage the complete administrative management of the employee lifecycle and their files
• Ensure the HR lifecycle of our staff by guaranteeing compliance with our HR policy
• Coordinate and ensure the follow-up of absences in partnership with the various stakeholders
• Perform the monthly control closing of the time management system
• Provide expertise and support to management in handling complex situations
• Inform and advise employees on institutional procedures and directives
• Establish and interpret various HR reports and statistics
• Participate in various improvement and development projects of the HR department
• Maintain and update GED, internet, and intranet documentation
• Participate in the implementation of human resources policy
Your strengths
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Federal HR diploma or equivalent desired
• Very good knowledge of HR standards, processes, and legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and ease in using computer systems.
• Equipped with an excellent team spirit and comfortable in interpersonal relationships, you are a trustworthy, discreet, and reliable person.
• Your organizational skills make you methodical, proactive, conscientious, and deadline-oriented.
• Possessing great adaptability, you demonstrate responsiveness and have a positive and dynamic personality.
Start date: From 01.12.2025 or to be agreed upon.
