In order to strengthen our Real Estate & General Services department, we are looking for a:
MAINTENANCE PROJECT MANAGER
ROLE
• Ensure preventive, improvement, and corrective maintenance activities of electrical installations including security and safety installations, and technical installations of the building CVCS.
• Comply with HSE regulations
• Ensure that the maintenance of installations is carried out according to the current standards, directives, and maintenance plans (internal or external interventions).
• Participate in the on-call service
• Accompany and control external companies during their repair and maintenance interventions.
• Update data and references in the IT management systems
• Participate in the execution of inventories of spare parts stores
• Participate in HSE risk analyses
• Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis
• Conduct quality audits
• Participate in the administration of the supervision of technical installations, settings, alarms, and energy efficiency.
• Ensure the technical documentation is kept up to date.
PROFILE
• HES engineering degree in automation or equivalent, or CFC of electrician / experienced automation technician.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated environment in Switzerland in a professional service of installations, engineering, or operations.
• Proven experience in problem analysis to identify root causes.
• Excellent knowledge of technical installations of the building.
• Mastery of API systems (SAIA, Siemens) and BIM tools.
• Proven ability to establish and manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Experience in cross-functional teams with good stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in French; B2 English required, German is a plus.
• Good command of office tools (O365, MS Office, SharePoint, SAP S4HANA).
• Knowledge in the administration of solutions for Smart Buildings (AdB, MCR).
