Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the efficient, goal- and solution-oriented processing of reported accidents and provide assessments regarding benefit options (definition of accident/causality checks)
• The calculation and payment of daily allowances as well as the verification of medical bills also fall within your remit
• You maintain contact with insured persons, their employers and attending physicians and are thus also responsible for case management
• Preparing individual correspondence completes the scope of case processing
• You deal with general specialist questions and share responsibility for maintaining customer relations.
• You have an interest in specialist leadership tasks; optionally, if suitable, you can take on the role of deputy team leader

Your Profile

• You have a commercial or paramedical vocational training. Specialist training or further education in social insurance is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in the social insurance sector is beneficial for this varied and demanding role
• You have a strong interest in social insurance as well as medical and legal topics
• You have a quick grasp, a high quality awareness and skilled communication abilities
• Ideally, you have good French skills and can communicate confidently orally
