Training Supervisor / Polymechanic CNC Small Parts Machining 80-100 %

At our client, you will take on a central role in the training of apprentices. You will accompany around 10 aspiring polymechanics and production mechanics in the areas of milling and turning, passing on your know-how in a practical manner.
In doing so, you will not only work with the latest technology but also actively shape the next generation of skilled workers.

Job Description

• Training and supporting our apprentices in everyday workshop activities
• Supporting the training team leader (deputy)
• Working on CNC milling and turning centres (Haas VF-2 and ST-20)
• CAM programming
• Independent setup as well as creating programmes and setup plans
• Organisation and provision of tools
• Post-processing (deburring, finishing) of workpieces

We expect

• Completed training as a polymechanic or machine mechanic
• Experience in CNC milling and CNC turning
• Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and working with young people
• Ideally some experience in training – or the motivation to develop in this direction
• Willingness to complete the trainer qualification
• Knowledge of ISO and Heidenhain controls
• Independent, reliable and precise working style
• Open, communicative personality with team spirit
