Your tasks:

• Leading the IT team as well as coordinating external IT service providers and software partners
• Responsibility for operation, security, and further development of the IT infrastructure
• Support of Microsoft 365, networks, servers, and business applications
• Evaluation, planning, and implementation of IT and digitalisation projects
• Application responsibility for Abacus including coordination of updates, adjustments, and interfaces
• Ensuring reliable user support and service-oriented care
• Responsibility for permissions, licences, data protection, IT documentation, procurement, budget, and investment planning
• Consulting departments on process optimisation, automation, and sensible use of new technologies

Your profile:

• Education or further training in computer science, business informatics, or comparable
• Several years of experience in the IT environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks, and IT security
• Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in project management
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and high service orientation
