- Participation in IT projects, migrations and infrastructure renewals
- Handling complex 2nd-level support requests and technical faults
- Operation and optimisation of server, network and cloud infrastructures
- Analysis and troubleshooting of server, network and cloud systems
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Linux and macOS
- Completed training in system technology or comparable qualification
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written

- Several years of experience as an IT System Engineer or System Administrator- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365

- Completed training in system technology or comparable qualification
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
