About us:
This winter, Hotel Regina in Wengen in the Bernese Oberland continues its unique pop-up concept centered around sushi. We are looking for an experienced and creative Chef de Partie Sushi to join our team immediately for the winter season and provide our guests with an outstanding culinary experience.
Your tasks:
Preparation of sushi, sashimi, and other high-quality Japanese specialties
Participation in the creation and development of the menu, including careful and creative presentation of the dishes
Ensuring the freshness of all ingredients as well as compliance with quality and hygiene standards
Close collaboration with the kitchen teams of Jack’s Brasserie and Chez Meyer’s to offer guests an unforgettable experience
Your profile:
Solid experience as a sushi chef or in Japanese cuisine
Passion for fresh ingredients and creative presentation
Precise, independent, and reliable working style
Flexible, team-oriented, and resilient
Knowledge of German or English is an advantage
