For our location in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a partner / site manager who will lead and successfully further develop the experienced team of the Central branch

Your responsibilities

• Expansion / further development of a successful regional unit with the service offerings of cross-ING AG

• After a maximum of three successful years, you will receive 80 percent of the company and run your regional engineering office in the cross-ING partner system

Optional services such as accounting, marketing, recruitment, and administration are available to you from our headquarters. This allows you to fully focus on your (potential) customers as well as on the development and management of your cross-ING engineers.

You bring the following qualifications

• Min. Engineer BSc

• Entrepreneurial thinking and action

• Good contacts in the local industry

• Comprehensive technical understanding

• Language skills in German and English
