This is what you can achieve.
- As Team Leader: Production and Workshop, you are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of 14 employees at the Regional Rail Technology Centre in Dulliken, specifically develop their skills, and create clear framework conditions for effective collaboration.
- Together with your team, you ensure the proper inspection and maintenance of earthing rods, voltage testers, and power transformers of the railway power systems, as well as the reliable upkeep and repair of other operating equipment.
- You lead demanding projects to further develop workshops and processes and implement concrete improvements in the areas of automation and digitalisation sustainably.
- In this role, you design and standardise processes, develop comprehensible work instructions, and anchor Lean and Kaizen in everyday work. At the same time, you ensure that relevant specialist knowledge is systematically built up, documented, and passed on within the team.
- You are the central contact point for our partners and coordinate the services as well as the portfolio of the electrical workshop. Together with the managers of other regions, you further develop the operating equipment portfolio and production portfolio and actively contribute to strategic, nationwide optimisation projects.

- You convince as a clear, binding, and integrative leadership personality with high communication competence. You make well-founded decisions, consistently implement projects, and combine strategic-conceptual thinking with an analytical and solution-oriented working style.
- For this demanding position, we expect several years of leadership experience in a technical production, maintenance, or workshop environment. Analysing, further developing, and sustainably establishing processes are part of your experience, as is the successful management of demanding projects.
- You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical field, as well as further training at the HF level or a comparable higher technical qualification. Business management training is an advantage.
- You have good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP and bring a strong affinity for digital solutions. You use new tools purposefully to make processes simpler, more transparent, and more efficient.
- Very good oral and written German skills (C1). Knowledge of another national language is welcome.
