Your new tasks

• Operational SEA implementation (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) – campaign setup, optimisation and monitoring based on defined strategy

• SEA agency coordination – briefings, quality assurance, campaign implementation
• A/B testing: conception & implementation – independent test hypotheses, setup via testing tool, QA and evaluation
• A/B testing roadmap & agency coordination – analysis of optimisation potentials, prioritisation, process development, agency briefings and support

Your profile

• Operational knowledge of Google Ads (structure, processes, KPIs); ideally some experience with Microsoft Advertising

• Practical experience with A/B tests on landing pages (from hypothesis to analysis)
• Ability to derive test hypotheses and optimisation measures from user behaviour and business requirements
• Analytical, structured, independent and quality-conscious working style

• Ideally experience in eCommerce, retail or the furniture industry

• Agency/project coordination experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of testing/analytics tools (Chameleon, Hotjar, Quantum Metric or similar)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, ideally JavaScript
• Interest in AI applications in A/B testing
