Construction Manager for Demanding Buildings, m/f/d (80-100%)

Tasks

• You will manage complex educational building construction sites on site and contribute to the successful realisation of new build and refurbishment projects
• You will coordinate tasks with all companies involved in the construction
• You will also support the team in cost and schedule planning as well as tendering
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have training as an architectural draughtsman / building draughtsman or another qualification in the main construction trade (m/f)
• Furthermore, you have completed further training in construction management / architecture / civil engineering (FH/ETH) or can demonstrate several years of professional experience as a construction manager
• If you are also well organised and assertive and want to contribute your know-how to demanding large projects,...
