Your tasks

• Responsible for the creation and professional review of the PQRs and the control charts used for this purpose
• Preparation of the monthly quality metrics as well as active participation in the annual management report
• Coordination of measures and activities to improve the assigned quality assurance tasks
• Support in deviation management: Competent involvement in recording, investigating and evaluating deviations as well as monitoring CAPA measures
• Support of the QMS team in tasks (e.g. change management, creation/management of quality documents)
• Improvement of QMS workflows/processes
• Conducting internal quality training
• Participation in the implementation of regulatory requirements for quality guidelines
• Participation in interdisciplinary projects internally and externally
• Professional support of the audit team

Our requirements

• Technical or scientific education in the field of chemistry/pharma
• Training as a GMP auditor is an advantage
• Experience in quality assurance in a GMP environment (at least 2 years)
• Experience in risk management
• High level of quality awareness
• Team-oriented, conscientious and structured way of working
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, as well as ERP systems, ideally SAP
