The Serviceplan Group Switzerland is responsible within the House of Communications for all services such as finance, human resources, reception and IT of the subsidiary agencies Serviceplan and Mediaplus. In total, around 50 employees work in the House of Communication in Zurich, worldwide there are over 6,000.

To support our finance team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a

Senior Finance Manager & Team Lead (m/f/d - 100%)

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the finance and accounting of the Serviceplan Group Switzerland and its companies. You lead the finance team, ensure transparent financial processes and advise your stakeholders with sound analyses and reporting.

Financial Steering & Reporting

• You are responsible for the budget, forecast and liquidity planning process
• You prepare management reports, financial analyses, forecasts and decision-relevant recommendations for action
• You are responsible for the monthly reporting to the parent company in Munich
• You support the management and our unit leads as a business partner in the economic control of their areas and create transparency about opportunities, risks and development potentials

Accounting & Compliance

• You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• You monitor dunning and payment outflows
• You are responsible for tax processes including VAT returns
• You prepare tax returns and review assessments
• You coordinate the external audit and are the first contact for internal and external audit bodies

Governance & Corporate Management

• You ensure compliance with relevant financial and compliance processes
• You continuously develop our financial processes and use digitalisation, automation and modern technologies to increase efficiency, transparency and scalability
• You are the contact person for tax authorities and manage property insurances

Leadership & Corporate Services

• You lead and develop a team of currently two junior controllers and one apprentice and ensure the professional development of the finance function
• Additionally, you take overall responsibility for data protection

• A completed degree or comparable further education in business administration, finance or controlling forms your professional basis
• You have at least 5 years of experience in controlling or finance
• You have very good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Power BI and Luca.Net
• You bring a high degree of independence and like to keep things under control
• You have strong analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent working style
• You are a team player with high initiative and communication skills
• You have a strong willingness to learn and interest in new challenges
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
