Construction Foreman / Forewoman Building Envelope

Here is what you will do
- Independent organisation, coordination and management of construction sites in the building envelope area, especially pitched roofs, flat roofs, façades and plumbing
- Planning and monitoring of workflows on new build, conversion and renovation projects
- Technical and personnel management of employees on construction sites in collaboration with project teams
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, occupational safety and cost-effectiveness
- Coordination with clients, architects, site managers, suppliers and internal departments
- Preparation of measurements, reports, claims and construction site documentation
- Cost-conscious management of construction sites as well as support in work preparation
- Control of execution according to specifications, plans, SIA standards and internal quality standards
- Support in the training and promotion of apprentices and employees
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training in the building envelope sector, e.g. roofer, plumber, façade builder or waterproofing specialist with a Federal VET Diploma
- Further training as construction foreman for building envelope, project manager, site manager Polybau or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in execution and management of construction sites
- Good technical knowledge in the areas of roof, façade, waterproofing and/or plumbing
- Organisational strength, assertiveness and cost awareness
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers, planners and employees
- Team-oriented, motivated and responsible personality
- Driving licence category B
